We were founded in 1958 when Late Mr. Chandratandas Bagri took the membership of then Stock Exchange, Bombay in the partnership firm called M\/s CRD Bagri and Sons. Thereafter, the firm was run from 1982 onwards as a sole propriety firm of Mr. Bharat C Bagri, the youngest son of Mr. Chandratandas Bagri.
