BCB Brokerage Private Limited is the flagship company of the BCB Group. The group is into financial services. The group was founded in 1958 by Late Mr. Chandratandas Bagri. It provideswide range of services to a diverse client base that includes institutional investors, portfolio managers and professional traders.

Our History

The BCB Group is promoted and run by third generation of the Bagri family. We were founded in 1958 when Late Mr. Chandratandas Bagri took the membership of then Stock Exchange, Bombay in the partnership firm called M/s CRD Bagri and Sons. Thereafter, the firm was run from 1982 onwards as a sole propriety firm of Mr. Bharat C Bagri, the youngest son of Mr. Chandratandas Bagri. In 2001, the firm was corporatized into the current avatar M/s BCB Brokerage Private Limited which formally saw the induction of Mr. Uttam Bagri, the son of Mr. Bharat C Bagri on the Board of BCB Brokerage Private Limited.

Management Team

The day to day operations of the company is run by Mr. Uttam Bagri. Mr. Uttam Bagri, is the Managing Director (Director Identification Number 01379841) of the company. A B.Com graduate from University of Mumbai and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
